About me and my Passion!
I've always been a tinkerer and maker and have an incredible amount of fun inventing, designing and realizing things. I have been passionate about 3D printing for over 10 years now and I love designing and making things. I started with a small self-built and self-programmed 3D printer, which consisted of many parts thrown together and used the pitiful skeleton of an ANet A6. Surprisingly, it stayed with me for many, many years, even though every print was an adventurous experience. At some point, however, the maintenance was a pain in the neck so much that I decided to build/buy a new printer and so my faithful Sidewinder X1 came to my side, which has now been with me since 2020. But since it only had an 8-bit board and no auto lvl, I ordered a new mainboard and display together with the purchase of the printer and built a suitable housing. With the SKR 1.4 Turbo mainboard, a 3.5" touchscreen, and a BLTouch leveling sensor, the Sidewinder has been an asset to this day. Despi...
